Game store stole my cartridges!!

I took in my printer for repairs at game store as it was no longer scanning any document and it was still under warranty. Little did I know I took the printer in with my cartridges because I’d thought they’d need to use them, to my suprise the printer returned without the cartridges and they claimed they were never there so in other words they were ******, it was the most devastating service I ever experienced and regretted taking it in for repairs.
