Game Store Southgate. Washing machine on the run

I cant believe the pathetic service im getting from Game. They finally sorted out the payment issue they were not able to puck up from their own stores 3 days later...I visited the branch on Friday morning to finalize payment and was advised that delivery will take place on Saturday or Monday. Tuesday I phoned tospeak to the sales man Thabiso but he ignored my call to ask where my delivery is and Tsegofatso at Southgate game advised that they are unable to allocate the driver as their systems are down. but perhaps before COB he will be there. Today I phoned again wanting to speak to Thabiso and again he ignored my call...Claudette took the call and advised me that they are looking for stock at all Game stores across the country but they dont seem to find a washing machine to deliver. I must wait until they get something. All Thabiso cares about is where my friend is and why she is not visiting the store with me...I wish he could hav put so much interest in doing his job

I really wish Game can close their store at Southgate they are dragging this stores name down the drain.
