Game Store Southgate - Massstores (PTY) ltd

Game Stores Southgate mall, I've had the worst service ever. I bought a Phillips Iron, the iron stopped working in February 2021, I took the iron back to the store on the 12th February 2021 as its still under warranty, I was promised that i will get an sms or communication within 21 days, I returned to the store on the 6th March 2021, spoke to a lady by the name Noluvuyo Solomons, she promised to call me back on the 8th March with feedback, I still have no communication from them till today and have not received an iron. The number does not go through when you call them, This is the worst service ever.
