Game store Southgate and trade route mall

Im so highly disgusted in the service I received at Game store Southgate... In December I went to purchase a dvd player and I was told they dont have stock. Every second customer that walked into Southgate branch was told they dont have stock... I left the branch and went to The Glen branch. The service was amazing and I got everything I needed and more by the time I left that store.. January I visited the Southgate branch again for a washing machine they advertised. I was told the very same thing... sorry no stock please go to Germiston. I told them that i want to take out a laybye but they insisted that i go to Germiston. so my argument was. Why do i need to go to Germiston when all im doing is take out a laybye which will take 3 months for the item to get to theur branch. they informed me that it will take 14 days for the delivery to get to their branch...I told them that my laybye is 90 days so im sure 14 days should not be a hassle for them. After hours of fighting they finally gave me my laybye...They informed me that i can make my payment at any branch..First payment took place at Southgate branch second payment at Traderout branch nd as almost got to happy to make my last payment at the very same Southgate branch they inform me that I cannot make the last payment because Traderoute branch payment is not reflecting... Now im inconvenience once again where I hav to stand and fight... Im left hanging unable to leave the store unable to make final payment and unable to get my product which took 90 days.. Southgate branch phones traderoute to request them to rectify their problem. Traderout advised that they are unable correct anything because the admin manager is not at work and I need to stand in their branch inorder for them to do any vouchers to the Southgate branch. Personally I feel southgate branch is a referral branch they just there to advice client to go to the next nearest branch for service. I dont even have words for Traderoute mall. I am unable to get my item I laybyed 90 days ago. im unable to get a refund and im unable to make my last payment...
