Game Store South Gate - Appalling service

Bought a microwave recently at Game store in South Gate. This microwave came with standard 2 years plus 3 years warranty. I dropped off this microwave in the beginning of Feb 2021 for repairs. It is now May 2021 and I am told the microwave is still not repaired because I must now pay for repairs. Why on earth am I required to pay for repairs if this product have warranty covered for years from date of purchase?
