Game Store sorry excuse for returns and refunds

I purchased a pool cleaner in August 2024 from Game Store in Greenacres Port Elizabeth and it was not up to standard, to this day 12 April 2025 I still have not gotten my refund and Game would return the product. I also went to return the product within the return policy time and yet Game still has not held up their end.
