Game store somerset west and vodacom
Worst service I have experienced thus far I took out a contract and paid the activation fee and installment in store for a double tablet deal and I was debited twice in 1 month and and thereafter again debited wrong I contacted game and was referred to vodacom and then vodacom refers me back to game I'm really not sure what to do at this stage. I stopped the debit order from my account as I can't deal with being overcharged and now it's affecting my credit score I really need this sorted out. The consultant at game gave me complete different info compared to the amounts I was debited it for. Now game does not want to take responsibility. I'm not sure what to do at this stage.

31 Jan 2021, 13:30A game consultant called me I'm still very unhappy as game does not want to take responsibility for their employees at somerset mall as I explained that they have advertised falsely as I was debited wrong and the agent that helped me was more interested in speaking to someone else than me therefore wrong info was given to me. All game is saying to contact vodacom where I have already and vodacom referring me to game
