Game Store Secunda On the 04/03/2018 me and my husband decide to buy a new printer. We went onto Game website. We found the printer we wanted

We drove to Secunda Branch which is about 60km from us. We found the printer on the shelf and was marked R3199.00 so we ask one of the consultants and she informed us after we showed her the advert on the gaming website that some prices hasn't been adjusted.

We went to the till points to pay. Arrived at Till 6 the printer price scanned R3199.00 we showed the lady the advert and she rang her bell for help. After a second ring and calling the manager at Customer service Mr Mottie arrived at the Till. We waited a total of 15 minutes before someone arrived to help.

The lady at Teller didn't say anything and He ask What is the problem here? Firstly don't you greet a customer where is his customer service apparently he has none. My husband explained to him and showed him the Advert,

He reply was that we went on to a **** website.

He then went on to the computer and search on the gaming website. He come back and basically told us we are ***** as the Game website does not display that printer. He even made a phone call to whoever which told him it is not on promotion.

I like Game new tack tick of false advertising is this the company way of luring customers and getting them to your shop to pay more. And then to be treated like **** by a Manager of all.

I also can't believe that for almost 3 months your website is being hacked but there is no notice on the website or at your shops. And a big company like Game can't solve the problem. This is a ridiculous why of treating a customer.
