Game store rustenburg mall is not competent and we are not receiving any assistance in the store from a laptop that was bought in less than 24hours that doesn't work.

I bought a laptop acer aspire 3 yesterday 03 October 2022 at Game store Rustenburg mall . The laptop is super slow and does not want to update software and does not function properly. I am at game today 4th October 2022. I have been at the store for 3+hours with no assistance. Management said we should restart the laptop to get a refund however for the past three hours we have been in store we have no received any help. It seem we will be in the shop with people walking past by us as if we have no complaint or we don't need help. The sales person that helped me to purchase the laptop is not even helping me. Even in the store the laptop is not functioning yet no one is assisting me.
