Game Store Rosebank Horrible appliance delivery and installation services

Game Store Rosebank: Horrible appliance delivery and installation. I wish I could rate below 1 star.

We purchased a washing machine from Game Rosebank. The delivery and installation processes were unpleasant, with both occurring on dates that were not agreed upon, forcing my partner and me to be pulled away from work to attend to these, subsequently compromising arrangements we had made with our employers, based on the belief that Game and its installation service providers would honour our requests. This week, the same pattern was repeated, which greatly affected our ability to work productively with Game on the delivery and installation of the dishwasher. The dishwasher, which was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, 6 November, was delivered on Tuesday, 4 November, forcing me to leave work early because the delivery people refused to heed our response that no one was at home. They insisted on delivering on the day and continued to state that they would remain at the property until we arrived, as they wanted to deliver on that day. The process of confirming the installation was equally unpleasant. Following the installation on Thursday, the following happened: 1. The installers did not have any paperwork or job work for me to sign and stated they would return for me to sign following inspection of their job. This has not happened, and they have not returned. 2. The drain pipe has developed a leak 3. The T-connection valve, where the pipes that feed both washing machines and the dishwasher, were not sealed properly and has also developed a leak 4. The installers, despite having been told that there is only one drainage pipe for both machines, failed to engage a double pipe connection for the drainage of both machines. As a result, one pipe is left loose and unconnected to any drainage pipe system.

The escalation department has still not updated us on this matter, even after multiple calls to them on 6 November.
