Game store robbing the elderly

Someone at the head office used my mothers (65 years old) card number to purchase whatever they bought worth 5000 credit on black. Firstly she doesn't even have that much credit but it was granted and its been 3 weeks and they giving her the go around. They sent her 3 auto response emails and the people at the office do want to sort it out. Today they took R2500 as her debit order. Game stores is *****ing from the elderly and know one from the head office is doing anything about. This is really disgusting and I cant believe they would do that to a pensioner.
