Game Store Ridiculousness

It has become very clear that the Massmart business is a foolish one! In December I bought a kiddies bike helmet from Makro online and they delivered the wrong item (not at all what I saw when I pressed purchase on the website). Now I bought one from Game a few days ago and again same story! What exactly is it that makes it so hard for people to check an order and dispatch what a customer bought? If I buy a pink product, please give me a pink product and NOT a green or blue or orange one. USELESS, THIS WHOLE BUSINESS IS JUST FOOLISHNESS!!!!!
