Game Store Richards Bay manager and Hisense supervisor

Game store at Richards Bay on Sunday the 3rd of July 2022. We bought a Hisense TV on Saturday on the 2nd. When we plugged it at home we found out that it's has a crack. We really don't know what's happened. We decided to take back the TV to Richards Bay(Game Store). Woooow the lady that deals with the Hisense appliances she gave us attitude. We ended up arguing.....what a poor service we received at Game store. We asked for a manager or supervisor...... The manager was in the seen as we were arguing with the Hisense lady. The Store manager told us that he can't interfere in something he don't even know so that's is why he keeps quite while we were arguing with the attitude girl. They said we must throw the TV in the trash.Mind you brand new TV that's we bought with R10 999.
