Game Store/ Refund Delay
I ordered a Gas heater on the 10th, I had to call them to find out where is my delivery on the 15th, they confirmed to be out of stock, I requested a cancellation with the lady in the phone, she confirmed to have submitted it and said turnaround time is 24hrs to 36 hrs. today is the 19th I still have not received my payment back, I called this morning to follow up, the lady said she has escalated the matter to the online team.
I just want my money back.
