Game store RCS card flop

Hi I am one of the few costumer that recently have this game store I was a laughing stock today when I was supposed to buy something in one of the game store in Pretoria central all to find out the card system is of line to my surprise even the store manager knew nothing I was made to reset my password more than 3 time as my cards keep on declining I have to go and found help in order stores while having a game store that keeps on declining...the service of today is worse
