Game store & RCS are **********

I made a purchase at Game on credit, I kept paying my monthly. Installment as per agreement but since June 2020 every payment I have made does not reflect on the system.

I've submitted the POP but still they say I have not being paying since June 2020. We've made multiple calls from the Game store to RCS & forwarding POP. Always told to wait for 7 working days till today my matter has not been resolved.

October 2020, I went to the Game in JHB, called the RCS spoke to an agent who transferred me to Supervisor, Thulani he made a promise that after 7 days, the matter will be resolved but we're still waiting waiting. Payments do not reflect at the RCS system but reflects at the Game store/s.

They have tarnished my name, I can't buy anything on credit because of them. Either Game store is *****ing me or it's RCS.

I've always bought appliances at Game never encountered such but since they've partnered with RCS, there has been a lot of ***** on my account.

In 2019, someone app**** for a loan from RCS under my name, lucky they resolved the matter but now they seem not to be prepared to solve this problem.
