GAME STORE- PROMINADE MALL-SALES ASSISTANT

We (my partner and 2 of our kids) visited GAME store in Prominade Mall today (9 February 2025) and had a disappointing experience. While the store itself is well-organized and has a good selection of products, the customer service we received from Kevin Swartz, the sales Assistant was subpar/very poor.

The sales Assistant grabbed the bicycle and put it back on display while my daughter was trying to reach the helmet she saw while riding the bicycle. My partner then tried to find out why he did that bc she was not finished with bike. The Assistant, was rude, he did not even pay attention to us he turned his back, played with his phone and kept walking while my partner was speaking to him. He seemed put off and dismissive so much that he said "you can call the manager if you want to" of which we did.The manager called him back to apologize, we could see he was not sincere with his apology, he did it because he was told to do so. His attitude made me/us feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer.

I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and provide better training to their staff. Until then, I would not recommend this store to others.
