Game Store Promenade Bad Service

I am so tired of calling this store and then never getting an answer, it does not matter what time of day I still have to wait so long to get to speak to someone. This is not the first time this has happened. If you are not going to answer calls please do not put your contact number online. The fact that the service is so bad I really don't understand after all the money this store makes in Mitchells Plain and from the surrounding areas. The standards in some of the stores are so bad but If I have to go to or call another Game store in an upper-class area I will get an instant answer, it is really day and night when it comes to the service in some areas and Mitchells Plain Promenade are some of the worst. Please have your employees answer their phones to help customers because it can save the customers a trip to the store.
