GAME STORE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I brought a product to have it booked in. Stood for an hour at the book-in counter. Staff inefficient and unhelpful. They just seem to wonder aimlessly without checking if customers need support. I came in at 12.01 and it's now 13.10 with no support and attitude of staff
