Game Store - Playing games
I'm so disappointed with the poor service I have received from Game Stores. I ordered a router online on the 4th May. According to thier online delivery policy; ordered items are delivered within 7 - 10 working days. It is now 17 days later I still do not have my parcel. I've sent an email and no response. I've been receiving messages that my item is out for delivery yet when I contacted their support centre where I spoke to an agent named Joubert he told me that this meant it had left their warehouse and is still at the couriers. The courier is yet to contact me. Till today I have not been contacted by any courier company. When I asked him why the delivery is taking long he said it is normal.

We are so sorry for the experience. Unfortunately due to the unprecedented volumes of online orders linked to COVID-19, we have had some challenges with supply of goods (items going out of stock just before they are picked for online orders), while our call centre has been attending to very high volumes with a 3rd of the staff (these are restrictions based on the current law). However, there is no excuse for poor service.
