GAME STORE PAVILION STAFF AND MANAGEMENT TERRIBLY ***********!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service from Game Stores. I elected to purchase a Defy Fridge on Saturday 13th June 2020, I visited 4 of the Durban stores (Gateway, Westwood, Pinecrest and the Pavilion and they all advised that they have moved to a new system and are offline and cannot assist me. We returned to the Pavilion on Friday 19th June 2020 after an hour of waiting the sales person processed the invoice and then advised that they were offline and could not print it and I should return tomorrow. We had to return on Saturday morning and it was processed but we were advised that they cannot deliver and we must arrange for collection which we did. I then had to secure the service of a vehicle to collect and attended at their warehouse only to discover that the sales person processed the invoice for the wrong fridge!! This meant we had to pay for the futile trip for the hired vehicle. I addressed this with the manager and had to go back to the pavilion this morning for the correct invoice, the lady assured me I would not need an additional receipt and I could collect my fridge. I then returned to the warehouse only to be told I cannot get my fridge as I need a new store receipt together with the invoice. I have now made another futile trip (which I must bare the costs of) thanks to the incompetence of Game management and staff. I have been waiting for more than an hour at the warehouse for the manager to return my call. I have wasted my time and money due to their incompetence. I am appalled and extremely irate and will never make the mistake of purchasing anything from Game again!!!!
