Game store parow hyper really dissapionted with the service I received honestly.

On the 26 April 2023 I went to Game Parow Hyper to purchase a laptop that was on promotion for R4200 at the time the make of the laptop is ASUS.Got home and charged the laptop just to find out the laptop is glitching and giving problems .I than went back to store on the 28 April 2023 to return the laptop as I am a student I need the laptop urgently to finish my assignment and submit it online and also need to study from the laptop.Ontop of it the salesman never informed me that if I'm a student I can get student discount.I than went back again the 1 May 2023 got to the store and got very bad customer service and was also told that the promotion ended and all that laptops is sold out at all the game store without phoning other store or checking the system I am a very unhappy customer as this will impact my studies.
