Game store Parow center bad service.

My partner bought a TV at GAME STORE in Parow center on the 17th of March, the TV had a problem and was taken back to the store on 21st May and a store sales Manager Uggen Van uuyk refused to give us another one as we were disparate and willing to pay extra and take different one. We had to go back home without any TV. What a disappointment of trusting Game store with assisting us instead we are told to wait for 21 days.
