Game Store online - Terrible service

We had purchased a fridge from Game stores on Monday the 22 November 2021. After getting a notification saying we had received the item we contacted Game and we have been getting the run around ever since. We don't have our fridge and every time we speak to the online support they make us hold on forever while they try to find the fridge. We are frustrated and angry and we want this resolved now.
