Game store online shopping is a *****
Game store is a joke. I placed an order on the 14 December and I am still waiting. I have called numerous times only to be told they are escalating the matter. This is the same excuse I get every time I call. It has been over a month and nothing has been done, Game has not even called me back. Nothing.

I have been calling you guys since Dec, sent messages on Facebook and Twitter the response is the same. You don't call your clients back though you promise to. Your service is disgusting. I have requested you cancel my order and give me money. Next time I will consider Makro, Thank You for your pathetic service :)
