Game store online service is very poor

I placed an order at Game store Bloemfontein on the 02/05/2022 it was supposed to be delivered on the 09/05/2022 it's still not here I called the call centre 2 consultants said they will call the store and get back to me they never did I called the store they said they gonna deliver it the following day my parcel it's not dispatched no update no nothing when I track it I'm so disappointed don't ever buy online at Game rather go to the store.
