Game store online service is bad

Game store makes an advertising add saying Dstv is considered as an essential during lockdown and they will deliver it and give free installation after purchase within 3 to 5 working days, but after we payed they never delivered the items what they do when we call they only refer us to the deliver company called Dawn wing, when we track the item it shows its at a place and ready to deliver but they dont deliver or call us, when we call they promise us to deliver same day or the following day, since we bought the item on the 11th of april even today we never received the item all we get is a promise to deliver the following day but no hope. Game does not respect its clients at all
