@game... i bought an item online on the 13th Dec till date i still await delivery of the item. SLA states within 7days delivery will commence its now 10days later. When I call the call centre they have no answers for me. Today i called again and held on for 30 minutes before someone could answer. its 3 hours later and im still waiting for a consultant to call me back regarding my delivery. The order is coming from Queenstown and I'm located in PMB... ... very disappointed with the service provided
