Game store online purchase failed but money was deducted on the account

My friendship with Game use to ba good one, until on the 29 March 2023 when the online purchase I made failed but money was deducted from my Game store RCS card amount deducted was R898. When I do follow ups with online department, they said no order is showing from their side, From there I've been doing follow ups with no progress. The customer support will keep on telling me that they have escalated my issue to the relevant departments of finance they will get back to me as soon as they reply, I keep on communicating with different people who will tell me the same story, and when I call, I'll transfer from one department to another but no help, I'm beginning to believe that this people are the real ****mer, who work hand to hand they will never resolve a manner issues of customer, I'm so disappointed to the poor service, shame on them
