Game Store Online Purchase

I bought a washing machine at game store online.Its been 2 weeks I have not received my washing machine. When I call game customer care I'm told my washing machine is with the courier company, when I call the courier company and I provide my tracking number I'm told my tracking number does not exist.None of these 2 companies wants to take responsibility and accountability. I'm also not getting much help from Game as their customer.Their online purchases is very poor.I would advise never ever buy online at Game rather go to the store and buy there.
