Game store online poor service

I ordered at GAME STORE ONLINE on the 25th November 2022 buying TV which costed R7000, firstly they gave me false tracking information and also they have not yet delivered. No one answering calls, managed to get hold of them wasting my airtimes it's either they are dropping the calls or they are checking on the system no one is giving me concrete information, today is day 14 no delivery, no refund nothing. GAME ONLINE is a **** with poor service delivery and incompetence.

Today I called requesting my refund the guy took my order number and dropped the call. No explanation, nothing.
