Game store online poor service

Game store online is very very disappointing, as a customer I am very disappointed about how poor the service is, you get an email saying your item has been delivered but I have not received any item, so decided to cancel the order again now I have to deal with waiting for the money or fighting for it coz they even answer their phones the cvhat bot people are also useless they can't even tell you anything about tracking the order.
