Game store online order system is a ****!
Game online order is just a ****. I placed an order a week ago and when I ordered it showed that the order will be delivered on a Wednesday, the order was not delivered and there was no communication, Thursday i call and I am told it’s out for delivery. Today it’s Saturday and I still haven’t received my delivery. I call them again and they say the order is out for delivery. I request to cancel and they say they have to wait for the courier to return the fridge and that’s the only time they can refund me. It’s not possible to collect from The courier or the store.

20 Sept 2024, 14:08I was expecting my order on the 11th of September, today its the 20th of September and my money is still not refunded. On their website its still showing order out for delivery, this is the worst online shopping experience.
