Game store online *****

On the 9th of March 2022 I had purchased a fridge from Game online store, I thought it best to buy online as the store near me didn't have much in stock and it would be a hassle for me to get transport for a fridge.

So I purchased online . Games promise at checkout/payment is that it will take 5 to 7 working days ... 19 days later / 12 working days and numerous phonecalls, texts and emails that were just dead-ends, only then after waiting so long , did I finally get my fridge !

I purchased a fridge because I didn't have anything at all and I was desperate to get SOMETHING to use.

I am thoroughly unhappy with this service ! So much that words cannot begin to explain how ****ed off I am ! If they could of told me the location of my fridge , I would of gone to fetch it myself , but they did not even know where it was and with what company it was with !

Sincerely hope NOBODY purchases from Game store online as I have come to find out that this is a repeat office from Game. And yes it is an offense as they take your money for a service they provide , then don't provide the service you paid for in the time promised to you ! It's theft !
