Game store must really re-think they're advertising and make sure delivery is on time before sending out their specials really disappointed for such a big store with such a big name to give bad service like this.
It's unbelievable how they can send out the paper with they're specials on it clearly stating that the specials start from the 16 of August 2018 until 19 August 2018 but when you go in to the store they simply say that they haven't received the items yet and show you items that is much more expensive and tell you to rather take that. Hello if I wanted that I would of bought that and rather not be bothered about the item on special. Like really who advertise something that they don't have that's really poor and unacceptable advertising and even if the truck didn't deliver yet what's the use of advertising it. I'm really disappointed and unhappy about the store and what has happened.

17 Aug 2018, 09:51Phoned the store today again to find out if stock has arrived they are telling me that they do have the mop now but the memory foam pillows 2 for 150 rand they don't have it they will only receive it on the 23rd of August wat nonsense is that it is not advertised for the 23rd it's advertised for now. Game should really get their act together this is really unacceptable I'm really angry and disappointed in this bad service. This is false advertising and bad service from one of the countries biggest stores. But who will want to support a store like this with bad service and lies about they're products

17 Aug 2018, 11:02I've been contacted by somebody that said that they will fix the problem and till now I haven't been contacted back I phoned yet another store game Clearwater and I got the same response we simply don't have the pillows this is really unacceptable and annoying u need those pillows because my leg was amputated and I need comfortable pillows to relax it on. And it was game that advertised it and it never said only at selected stores. I will never support the store again and I will also make sure that other people hear about this I'm done fed up with the service I'm receiving.
