Game store midlands mall pathetic

I am so dissapointed with game stores in midlands mall.i purchased a life smart health watch its a zed series. I purchased it in september i did not use it at all due to my phone not having any space . I recently got a new phone with alot of ram so i decided to set up the watch . Completed the setup and while putting the watch on the strap breaks . Mind you it breaks in the middle not even at the attachment area . I take it to them they say that bands are not covered under warrenty and they will charge me to replaced and if i refuse to pay the quote they will charge a quote refusal charge . This is the first time i even used the watch and it breaks . They where initially so unhelpful when they saw that i was not going to accept this they decided to phone around . They still never take the watch back .game is disgusting . The worst store ever to bug anything .
