Game store (massmart)
I purchase a few items from game online. They sent me a mail on the 17th saying the stuff was on its way to me... 5 days later half the stuff arrives and after trying continuously to get in contact they all refused to help stating it's an online problem with no help whatsoever. This is the most pathetic service I've ever received from any online service. I still have not received the balance of my stuff and no store wants to issue a refund so I am now 3000 at loss waiting for assistance. DO not ever buy online at game!!!!!

23 Dec 2021, 12:26Finally got through this morning to the online department and was told that the entire purchase was supposed to come together as it is on one invoice. Game was still unable to trace my purchase and did not issue a refund as yet. They still cannot assist as they do not know how this happen and the delivery company also stated it's the responsibility of game.

04 Jan 2022, 15:50And into the new year now. Still no refund or no delivery. Online department **** and said they refunding us but today they say they still delivering the freezer. Nothing happening yet. Never again will I purchase from game
