Game Store Mams mall

I bought a unit at game stores Mams Mall and its not working and they dont want to refund me back my money. This is the worst service and **** i habe ever received from Game stores, Game ****med me by selling me a factory fault item, anyone thinking of buying any item from Game should think twice and save their money,i will never ever recommend Game stores to anyone in my life. I am going to take this with the ombudsmen as i am being ****** by Game stores. When i returbed the unit there was 10 more people in lime also returning their units,it is clear that Game stores sells factory fault items.
