Game store - Mall of Africa very ***********

Game online is so pathetic and useless, I bought items and others were cancelled without my knowledge only to be told when I get to the store to collect my order at the Mall of Africa Store. Not to mention that another product was sent for collection in the Rosebank store! Pure madness, I told them to cancel that order and process my refund!

Two weeks later no refund has been processed, they don’t respond to my emails. It’s hell, the customer service is the worst. For such a huge company Game stores are very *********** and their service is very unprofessional. There’s always excuses, and more excuses!
