GAME STORE MAFIKENG STAFF ***********

I sent my mother to Game stores Mafikeng to buy paint and other painting accessories today on 25/05/2020 and I wrote down a specific list for her to give to the staff in the store, however, they gave her the wrong things. For starters, the list was specific, it had brand names,sizes and prices but the person that assisted her in the store still gave her things that are not on the list. Please kindly explain to me how we must take the paint and all the nonsense my mother was given back to the store because we stay in a village and do not have a car. I would assume the staff members should know how to read as they deal with a lot of clients that never went to school like my mother. I wrote that list to make sure that nothing is misunderstood but what we got is utter *******. I hope someone will explain to me what kind of sick nonsense this is because I am very upset right now as we are stuck with expensive paint that we did not budget for and useless things that are not on the list.
