My name is Tshepo Khutsoane cell ********** 990 I bought Hisense fridge in 26/08/2015 and its guarantee is four years I also bought extra guarantee for extra two years , I reported the fridge from June 2018 that it is not working and they sent a technician for more than 5 times and they are unable to fix it job number they gave me is ********** 47 and ********** 55 it is worth R17000

I have been buying food on daily basis and really I cannot afford ,I want a new fridge since they cannot fix the one I have and I cannot wait for them anymore to come at their convenient time I want also to be compensated for the grocery I bought and it is all rotten every time after fixing I bought grocery and all of it is rotten all I want is the new fridge immediately that is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM. Your assistance is highly appreciated
