Game Store Ladysmith

I went to Game in Ladysmith and Mr Zwane (the manager) was so rude. I told myself I would let it go as it happened in December but it just keeps replaying on my mind. I have never experienced such horrible manners from a manager in my entire life. On top of that I was with my mother and I thought he would have the decency to be kinder as she was with me but that failed too. I hope nobody ever experiences such horrible service from there again.
