GAME STORE KOLONADE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Game Store Kolonnade Mall today to get a travel bag for a business trip. After managing to find the right one i walked around the store to view other items, while still shopping the intercom went on, announcing that the store is closing and that customers should make their way to the tills, thats when I realised its 17:00. I immediately made my way to the paypoints only to discover that all cashiers were already cashed out. Security called a lady named Brenda, who i suppose must be the store manager. I asked her why the tills were already closed when they've just asked customers to get to the paypoints. WIth her arms folded she said she thought i wasnt buying and it will take 20 minutes to restart a till, i should rather return the next day. I left all the items i had behind, i can safely say with such inconsiderate treatment i will not be returning for them.

The question begs: why ask customers to make their way to tills when youve closed all till points with zero notice to customers in store???
