Game store kollanade

I bought a laptop a month back took it back to the shop after a few days cause it was not working. The said it would be sent to repair should wait for 14 to 21 days. Still nothing even now when you call them they say they will get back to you still waiting. Imagine an acer brand bought for R4999 cash yet no one is willing to help as if I owe it. How do I do my work
