GAME STORE KENILWORTH CENTRE BAD SERVICES

Game in kenilworth centre Bad Bad Bad service sending a tv in for repairs with extended warrenty in december and underatanding that the repair centres and insurance company is closed i waited till mid January for them to send it away their policy says 21 days if not fixed then a new item will be issued or money back. Waiting for three whole months for them and im the one always phoning them for feed back when they say they called me they only give miss calls all the people i spoke to promised to phone back by end of day they dont do that. their extended warrenty does not apply to the 21 day policy but i have spoked to their insurance company and told me it should be done in 6 weeks.Came to the store to find out and demand money back or new tv or my old tv back waiting for 2 hours in the store just to find out and see that the tv has been in the back area all the time im disgusted in you guys for bad service and customer service So Mr Game why are you guys so slow with everything? no worries about customers?
