Game store jabulani mall disaster

I put a laybe for a TV at Game store Jabulani Mall Soweto I paid every month without fail, today I went to collect and pay last payment for TV, it was nowhere to be found in the store. Nobody apologised. No body could give me a valid reason, I was just told they think the TV was sold. I started demanding for my money back immediately and I was given a round around I had to run around to the store cashier's myself in order to get a refund, NOBODY CARED NOBODY APOLOGISED, No managers. I would never recommend Game at Jabulani at customer service desk and at the TV sections. Its like people don't like their jobs, its either their attitude or you get ignored as customer when you need help
