Game store Jabulani mall

I went to Game store on the 04/02/02021 , got my Camp Master Air bed from outdoor section ,looked for a price could not find it anywhere , i went to a lady who work at Blinds / curtain section i greeted her asked for a price on the item i had on my hand , she nicely said i should go to Credit Control section and ask for price on item , i could tell there was a smile behind her mask , got to credit control approached an elderly tall dark in in complexion zulu speaking man who had prescription glasses on , i greeted him asked for a price , he exploded with frustrating , he raised his shoulders and arms as if he want to beat me up , he continued to say he is tired of people asking him for prices on items and that not his job , i told him he is to old for his behavior and he does not know how to talk to people , he said i don't want to listen to him maybe i will listen to his manager , we both walked the whole shop looking for a manager , eventually we got one of the managers but not there one he was looking for , he still complain about outdoor department not doing their job, he is tired of this , then he took my item went to get me a price after the whole drama , i had a word with his manager i told him this sales person has attitude problem they need to teach him customer service, i felt that was internal matter they had to discuss in the meeting with management and employees not infornt of a customer, that was very unprofessional , this guy he does not want to work anymore , there is people who is looking for a job and can do his job 10 times better that him , As a customer when you walk into the shop you already know what you want to buy , Sales person( Employees ) are only there to help with price on the floor/ get your item from store room if its not on the floor , and you can go and pay for your item , how hard or frustrating that can be ? I have been to jabulani game store before this is time i got the worst service ever in my inter life , i been to joburg , Cresta , south gate mall game store always get good service and people who work in the shop always happy and ready to assist, they even have small conversation with customers that's how supper nice they are , but not this guy from Jabulani mall , but his manager was nice to me . Please reprimand this old man or he must take pension and stay at home .
