Game Store is trash, please don't gamble with your hard earned money!!!

I have ordered a super bike for 3.8k from the online store on 1st of August 2022 via EFT. I was given an estimate delivery date of 08 August 2022. The only thing I ever received was the first email with an sms confirming that my order was successfully place. I waited for the whole flipping week for my bike to be delivered from a mall less than 5 kilometers away. Come Monday, no communication from morning until I decided to call the online store contact around 12:00. I speak to different Zulu ladies who continuously take me back and forth, everytime promising to get back to me but never doing so. I get frustrated and call to speak to the shift supervisor or the manager but no one seems to give a damn as the only response I get is that the managers are around but unavailable for my concerns. I'll wait for hours just for that call of update but the sun will set still. All I want is for them to give me my money back. I worked so hard for my money and obviously I'm very short on patience. So, it might not end well for someone. To the rest of the beautiful online shoppers, I say please please please never ever try purchase anything from game. Their service is trash and costumer care is zero. Fu**en depressing I warn y'all. Rather try Makro or the obvious, which is Takealot.
