Game store is not safe for shopping in
On Monday the 24 th of August I went shopping at GAME store in carnival mall, I got ****** within the store, my phone got taken and I was left helpless with no one to contact. My matter was not given the deserved attention I was told the store does not have any CCTV cameras and therefore would not be able to assist me with this matter and I was pushed from one person to another. I am crippled by this problem as it traumatized my daughter who was present when all of this happened and it set me back financially because I had to buy a new mobile phone. Had there been proper security I would have been able to recover me phone.
