GAME STORE IS A DISAPPOINTMENT

Game failed me as their client, I bought a fridge online on the 14th of December 2022 and it was expected to be delivered on the 21st I got excited I needed a new fridge for Christmas and up until this very day I haven’t received my fridge and when I call they only say it’s stuck at their warehouse they can’t tell why it hasn’t been dispatched. Calls and emails nothing seems to be making progress, We don’t expect such treatment from such a big brand and I’m not looking forward buying anything from game or even recommending it to anyone because they are such a big disappointment
